Sweet and Spicy Noodles

When that’s the case, this is one of my go-to meals that I reach for, because I looooove noodles! These Sweet and Spicy Noodles come together in about 20 minutes and don’t require a lot of ingredients.



 

Sweet and Spicy Noodles

Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:

12 oz. wide egg noodles

1 tbsp. canola oil

3 heads baby bok choy, trimmed and washed

Choice of protein (optional)

Garnishes

2 green onion, thinly sliced

Siracha or sambal (optional, for extra spice)

Directions:

1. Begin by cooking pasta according to package directions.

2. While the pasta is cooking, heat oil in large sauté pan over medium high heat.

3. Once heated, add bok choy to the pan and sauté over medium heat until tender.

4. Next add the cooked pasta and sauce to the pan. Stir to combine.

5. Simmer until sauce slightly thickens and coats noodles. Serve with sliced green onion.
